How do I set up my glamping reservation?

Please visit our PRICING page to make a reservation or click the 'book now' button at the top of the page. You are also welcome to contact us directly at (989) 619-5445 with any questions that you may have including custom quotes for special occasion rentals.

How much space is needed and what do I need for tent set-up?

We will be able to tell you approximately how much space will be needed based on the size of tent you rent. A flat space is required for set up. We will also need access to electricity for an extension cord for climate control and outdoor string lighting.

When do you set up and tear down?

Set-up is complete by 3 pm and tear down is after 10 am on the final day of rental. Please plan for our arrival for set-up between 8 am and 2 pm. Other times may be accommodated by mutual agreement.

How big are the tents? Can you stand up inside comfortably?

Our beautiful, round bell tents are spacious with plenty of room to stand up inside. All of the tents have 3' side walls which allow standing room inside up to within a few feet of the edges of the tent. The 24' tent has a 12' center height with three 6'6" entries. The 20' tents have an 11'2" center height with a 6'6" single entry. And the 16' tents have a 9'8" center height with a 6'2" single entry. See the pricing page for the number of people each tent can accommodate whether used for overnight sleeping accommodations or as a lounge.

 

Can I reserve multiple tents?

Yes, absolutely! Rentals are dependent on availability.

Who provides bedding?

Professionally laundered sheets, mattress pads, light bedding and pillows are provided. It's no problem if you would prefer to use your own. You may want to have heavier blankets on hand if the nights are cool.

What if it rains?

Our tents are heavy canvas and are waterproof. If light rain is expected, we will set up as usual. If severe weather is forecasted, you have the option to select another date for set-up based on availability.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery and set-up are included within a 40-mile radius of Wolverine, Michigan. However, rentals may be available for further distances. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Are discounts available for multiple night rentals?

Yes! The first night would be at full-price for the size of bell tent selected with subsequent nights at half-price of the first night.

How are payments made?

When you reserve online, you will be required to make a 50% deposit to reserve your rental date. You can also call us directly at (989) 619-5445 and we will process the payment manually. The remaining 50% balance will be due 14 days prior to your rental date and will be automatically charged to the credit card used for your deposit.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

Reservations are able to be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the rental date. If cancellation is requested within 14 days of reservation date, customer forfeits deposit for cancellation or may reschedule for another date based on availability. If cancellation is requested within 7 days of reservation date, customer agrees to be charged the remaining balance of reservation total.
